Honeybee & beekeeping basics

The one day course is designed for families and kids in grades 4 thru 12 to learn about the Honeybee and Beekeeping basics. Instruction will be classroom based and hands on in the field. Weather permitting students may visit the Aipary in protective clothing and see the work the honeybees perform.
Warning: Please indicate if your child has an allergic reaction to bee stings during registration.
Protective clothing will be provided and shared by the children as we currently have a limited number of protective suits. If you would like to purchase a suit and gloves prior to the seminar. Blue Sky Bee Supply has great clothing!
