We are excited to host Girl Scouts from around the region so that they may earn their Aviation Badge on Saturday April 6th. It will be a fun filled and hands on day navigating the airport and meeting the requirements to earn your Aviation Badge. Lunch will be provided for participants by Youth In Aviation.

Q: When is the last day to register?
We ask that you register your Girl Scout(s) no later than Wednesday April 3 at 12pm.
Q: Can Parents / Guardians stay during the program?
We encourage parents to be a part of all Youth In Aviation programs. Though we will politely ask that you provide space for your Girl Scout to actively participate in the program.
Q: Can Parents / Guardians bring an additional family member if they are not registered in the program?
We would love to have younger (or older!) siblings and family members visit us for the day. We just ask that they provide space for registered participants to earn their Aviation Badge. There is no additional cost for your guests.
Q: Can Parents / Guardians ask questions throughout the day?
Yes, of course. Feel free to engage one of our team members if you have a question(s). We will do our best to answer them at the appropriate time.
Q: Are Parents / Guardians able to join participants for lunch?
Great question! All Youth in Aviation programs have a standard fee to cover parents lunch. The fee for the Aviation Badge Day Parent lunch is $10 per parent. You are welcome of course to bring or purchase a lunch and eat with the group.
Q: Can Parents / Guardians take pictures and/or video throughout the day?
Yes, you are more than welcome to do so. The Youth in Aviation staff will advise should we have participants who might be a little camera shy or not want their photo or video taken.
